We offer 3 basic tiers of pricing for renting out our space, but also offer sliding scale community pricing if you're just in need of  a third space. feel free to submit an inquiry below for more details, and please be sure to note which tier of services you're interested in!

Tier 1: Basic Buy Out

starts at $95 / hour, subject to change based on party size. 

Off-hours only (mon-fri 2-9pm)

- full lounge area buy out.

- no time minimum

- one hour setup and one hour takedown at no additional cost. additional set up and tear down time for a fee.

- selection of up to 2 items from our set appetizer / snack catering menu, additional selections for a fee. 

- one team member hosting with our full coffee and tea menu available for purchase. Drinks purchased are not included in buy-out price.

- space capacity of 30 persons, no party size minimum but larger catering fee for parties greater than 15 people may apply.

- $100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve time slot. 

Tier 2: Private Party

Off-hour (mon-fri 2-9pm) pricing starts at $195 / hour, subject to change based on party size. 

Service hour pricing available for an additional $100/hr for weekdays and $300/hr for weekends.

- selection of up to 4 items from our set appetizer / snack catering menu, additional selections for a fee. 

- Two team members hosting with our full coffee, tea, and bar menu available for purchase. Drinks purchased are not included in buy-out price.

- space capacity of 30 persons, no party size minimum but larger catering fee for parties greater than 15 people may apply.

- $200 non-refundable deposit required to reserve time slot. 

Tier 3: Custom

Off-hour (mon-fri 2-9pm) pricing starts at $425/ hour, subject to change based on party size. 

Service hour pricing available for an additional $100/hr for weekdays and $300/hr for weekends. 

- full lounge area buy out.

- no time minimum

- one hour setup and one hour takedown at no additional cost. additional set up and tear down time for a fee.

- selection of up 2 items from our set appetizer / snack catering menu, 2 from our mains / entrees menu, and 1 from our dessert menu.  additional selections for a fee. 

- Two team members hosting with our full coffee, tea, and bar menu available for purchase. Option for drink tickets to be included in buy-out fee, ask for more details!

- space capacity of 30 persons, no party size minimum but larger catering fee for parties greater than 15 people may apply.
